The School of the Good Shepherd

The School of the Good Shepherd Annual Mardi Gras Auction is held each year and the proceeds go toward projects benefitting the students and teachers of SGS. The mission of the school is to teach, to learn and to serve our community.

Nominate candidates for the 2010 Mardi Gras King and Queen here.

There will be separate nominations for King and Queen this year, versus couples as we did last year. Nominations are free then $1/vote until January 30th. Finalists (highest number of votes) will be 2 each from preschool, 2 each from the K-8 school, 2 each from the Good Shepherd parish, and 1 each from St. Margaret Mary church. This results in 14 candidates (7 King, 7 Queen). At the event, we will open nominations for 1 additional “late entry candidate” for King and 1 for Queen. Finalists for ‘late entry’ will be determined by either an auction or drawing. All 16 finalists will be voted on through the evening at $1/vote. King and Queen will be announced after the Live Auction.

We are seeking male and female candidates from the parish, the pre-school, and the school. Must be over 21 years old and attending the event.
